Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Maître de l'Esthétique Automobile (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website nuur01-ww.myshopify.com.
Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are car detailing products (waxes, polishes, applicators, coatings, accessories, and digital guides). The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order
The Customer places an order online via the website. The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the website. Payment is secure. The debit is made at the time of order validation.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative. In case of delay, the Customer may cancel the order if the delay exceeds 30 days.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email before the expiry of the deadline. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Digital products (ebooks, guides) are not subject to the right of withdrawal once downloaded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Article 8 – Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 9 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Detailing products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
Article 10 – Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Customer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data.
Article 11 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction.
For any consumer dispute, the Customer can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 12 – Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law.
